Response and review process
Messages are reviewed for relevance, evidence, urgency, privacy, and the page affected. A correction may require checking an official source, current booking page, map, operator notice, or on-site information.
We cannot promise an individual response to every submission. Material safety, access, wildlife, privacy, and factual issues receive priority.
Submitting a message does not create a booking, guide, legal, medical, rescue, or professional-advice relationship.
